Rochdale BID is delighted to be supporting the Councils Giving Back Toy Appeal which seeks to ensure that local children living poverty have a present to open on Christmas Day. The appeal is organised by the charity 'Giving Back' which is run by council staff.
This appeal depends entirely on the generosity of people and businesses in our borough, and every year it is heart-warming to see how many care enough to take part and donate.
To donate a toy or a gift you can log onto www.toysaroo.com (shopping local) and purchase your gift adding in the notes box that it's for "Giving Back", the Rochdale BID will collect your gift from Toysaroo and deliver it safely to the Council Offices. You can send presents until Friday, 4 December 2020. This then gives the Council time to sort and deliver them in time for Christmas Day.
