Councillor Janet Emsley, Cabinet Member for Culture, Health and Wellbeing at Rochdale Borough Council said: “This is going to be a fabulous festive addition to our outdoor market. It’s always a busy time for our shops and it’s really important that we all support our local businesses too – this Mistletoe and Gluhwein Bar as well as all the fantastic music will gives you lots more reasons to come into town, shop locally, absorb the festive atmosphere and stay for longer.”
The first three hours of parking in town centre council car parks is free.
