Laura retired in 2014, and the salon is now run by Emma Fitton, who initially joined the company as a graduate.
Today 12 members of staff are employed at The Retreat, which has won a number of awards over the years.
Emma said: “We are forever grateful to the loyal support we have had, and continue to have, over the years from all our wonderful clients, old and new.
“We are thrilled to be celebrating 26 years of business and we will continue to bring the newest and latest treatments to Rochdale.”
